70's Dance Party to Celebrate ME!
Those of you that know me, know I LOVE to dance and I often have my own private dance parties with myself. I had the idea to celebrate my birthday with a dress up 70's themed dance party night and it just happens to be the Autumn Equinox.

Description
When we give ourselves the permission to just let our bodies move, it helps elevate our mood and energy. Women must dance! We can all dance, it's like a sense of freedom for the soul. Music is so powerful and when we're dancing, our body can flow the energy through it, leaving us feeling uplifted and free.
I want to celebrate the gratitude I feel with age and the wisdom I've acquired over the years. I've learned that ageing isn't about fading into the background, it's about growing and blossoming into the best version of ourselves. We all know the quote "Aging is not for sissies!" Ageing is indeed a privilege that sadly not everyone gets to experience, embrace it with open arms. With the physical signs of aging, also comes wisdom from the lessons learned, the love shared and the optimism of what each new day brings. This life is the biggest gift!
