This day is for celebrating and supporting the connections between women. Sister's Circles will be happening in person & online all around the world. A Sister Circle is a 90 minute gathering to engage in meaningful conversation about our hearts, lives, and vision for the planet. We need gatherings more than ever now to remind us that we are connected!
I've chosen to offer a Ceremonial Cacao during this event. Cacao has a long-standing history of opening the heart and boosting mood. The cacao I will be using is chocolate in its purest form, organic, ethically-sourced and made from high-quality cacao beans. Cacao is a super food, that has been used in ceremonies dating back to the Mayans and Aztecs.
We will be setting intentions while being guided through a meditation and breath work practice as we mindfully drink the cacao. Cacao brings us together and creates authentic group connections. The heart-opening sensation that ceremonial cacao generates, and the production process of the cacao bean goes through to generate it, are the main reason why this particular type of cacao I will serve is labeled "ceremonial". The heart opening sensation helps people feel more open and receptive to catalyze change! Come experience and learn more about cacao in a safe welcoming space.
