To honor Emotional Wellness Month we'll be discussing the importance of mental well-being. It is incredibly necessary to honor this in a society where 1 in 4 people suffer from a diagnosed mental illness. Mental and emotional stress can translate into negative physical reactions, a weakened immune system, and poor health. "Emotional Wellness" refers to our ability to process feelings in a healthy, positive way and manage the stress of everyday life. Understanding how essential oils may help regulate the body's stress response provides insight into using aromatherapy to improve mood and emotional well-being. In this workshop I will provide information on my recommended essential oils for stress relief and you will create a stress calming roller ball blend and aromatherapy inhaler to use in times of feeling anxious and stressed.
